We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in 50% of the total service or one service deduction from your membership. or 100% for no shows.

New Clients need to fill out the intake form prior their first appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy your full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client.

All retail skincare purchases are final. Exchanges are allowed for unopened products within 7 days of purchase.

Golden Hour Aesthetics is a serene space. Please maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere.
Cell phones should be on silent mode. Phone calls are not permitted in treatment areas.
Hygiene & Health
Clients are expected to arrive clean and free of heavy makeup for facial services.
Please disclose any recent treatments (e.g., lasers, injectables) or skin conditions prior to your appointment to ensure safe and effective services.
Children & Guests:
For safety and comfort, only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment rooms. Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa.
