  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

    Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in 50% of the total service or one service deduction from your membership. or 100% for no shows.

  • New Clients need to fill out the intake form prior their first appointment.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy your full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client.

    • All services and products must be paid at the time of the appointment.

    • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments.

    • A valid credit card must be on file for all memberships and appointments.

  • Item description
    • All retail skincare purchases are final. Exchanges are allowed for unopened products within 7 days of purchase.

    • Members receive exclusive discounts on select products as part of their membership benefits.

    • No Refunds on Services: Due to the time and resources involved, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

    • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify management within 48 hours, and we will work to make it right.

  • Medical Disclosure:

    • Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to services. This ensures your safety and the effectiveness of treatments.

    Illness Policy:

    • If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This policy protects both our clients and staff.

    Sanitation Standards:

    • Golden Hour Aesthetics adheres to the highest sanitation and cleanliness standards. All equipment, tools, and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between appointments.

  • Golden Hour Aesthetics is a serene space. Please maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere.

  • Cell phones should be on silent mode. Phone calls are not permitted in treatment areas.

Hygiene & Health

  • Clients are expected to arrive clean and free of heavy makeup for facial services.

  • Please disclose any recent treatments (e.g., lasers, injectables) or skin conditions prior to your appointment to ensure safe and effective services.

Children & Guests:

  • For safety and comfort, only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment rooms. Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa.
